Meet the Owners

Travis Kohler | Owner & General Contractor

Travis Kohler has spent nearly three decades in residential construction, with a career rooted in craftsmanship, design, and bringing ideas to life. His interest began in high school with a drafting class and grew into a lifelong career.

Growing up in Bend, Oregon, Travis owned and operated a custom cabinetry business and a remodeling and custom home company, giving him experience from detailed finish work to complete home projects.

Today, Travis and his family proudly call the St. George area home. As a General Contractor, he takes a hands-on approach and remains accessible throughout the building process. Customers appreciate his problem-solving skills, personal involvement, and commitment to quality.

Brittany Kohler | Owner

As the daughter of a General Contractor, Brittany grew up around construction and developed an appreciation for the care and attention that go into creating a home. Joining Travis in the business was a natural fit.

Her background in special education and Section 8 housing strengthened her love for people and the importance of communication, compassion, and genuine relationships. She brings that perspective to the business, helping homeowners create spaces that fit their families and lifestyles.

Together, Travis and Brittany strive to make the building and remodeling process personal, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Life Beyond Construction

Family is at the heart of Travis and Brittany’s life. They are loving their new role as grandparents and enjoy cooking, rafting, camping, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

They feel fortunate to call St. George home and look forward to becoming part of the community while creating homes where families can make lasting memories.
